An electric car from Ursus

During the second edition of the 590 Congress, Sp. O. Ursus SA presented the prototype of the first fully Polish ELVI electric delivery vehicle. The car has been equipped with a revolutionary quick recharge system in 15 minutes to 90%. According to the manufacturer"s data, a full battery will provide a range of up to 150 km.

ELVI was designed in a three-person version and it will not change. The back of the vehicle can be converted into a cold store, tarpaulin, container or an open box. It may be in the equipment of companies dealing with waste disposal, packaging, construction or food delivery. Nothing prevents you from constructing such a vehicle for the needs of medical services or fire brigade. Thanks to this, the group of potential recipients is really wide.

The best chance for a vehicle is seen in courier services. The total vehicle weight is 3.5 tons, the load capacity is 1100 kg. Do not worry about the distances that are overcome thanks to ELVI. On a full battery, the vehicle can travel 150 km, which corresponds to the needs of companies and spinal companies based in one city. In addition, with an innovative lithium-ion battery, charging 90% of energy will take just 15 minutes. The maximum speed is 100 km / h.

During the first edition of the 590 Congress, Deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced the government"s plan of electromobility, in which Ursus perfectly fits into the subsequent models of the vehicle with electric drive. The fourth industrial revolution is a unique opportunity for Poland to take a convenient place on the automotive market. Today, many iconic brands are being reconstructed, however, they will be exclusive and collectable vehicles produced in the quantity of a dozen or so pieces a year, and some will even be purchased by the customer.

Such projects will not contribute to the repolonization of the Polish automotive segment and will not be a frequent sight on Polish roads. An opportunity to popularize Polish technological thought is an innovative concept of the ELVI electric delivery vehicle created by Ursus S.A. Its versatility and the ability to adapt to individual customer needs gives us hope that we will see it no less often than popular global brands.
